Version: Stellar Wipe 3
"Stellar Wipe 3 - Fails to recognize installed hard drives"
Cons: Stellar Wipe failed to recognize any of my installed hard drives. To make sure it wasn't an issue with my computer I downloaded a CyberScrub, CyberScrub had no problems finding my drives. I reported this to Stellar and asked them to refund my money, they refused. They did not comply with their own refund policy; they did not honor their Satisfaction Guarantee. This product has a major bug and a month after reporting it their support team has failed to find a resolution. I seriously wonder about the viability of any company that can not refund $29.25 in compliance with their own refund policy.
