From WickedOrange:StartMenuEx, or SMX (pronounced semex), is a replacement for the Windows Start Menu. It is fully customizable, and also supports user created themes and plugins. SMX takes over your Windows Start Menu, and allows you to have only the items you want in there, allowing you to find programs, browse your computer, open MSN Messenger contact windows, and many other tasks much more efficiently than usual. Version 0.4.6 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: You can set up the best menu ever. Add only the things you want in there! Everything is now much faster!!! Thanks for this! Love the plugins they have in the forums too, specifically the Google plugin! Really makes life easier.
Cons: I didn't download it sooner!
