The destiny of a galaxy hangs in the balance, and you're in command. Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds lets you lead the armies of Star Wars to victory in intense, real-time strategy clashes. Enter the fray as the Galactic Empire, Rebel Alliance, Trade Federation, Wookiees, and other civilizations in campaigns that will determine the final outcome of the Galactic Civil War.
Note: The trial version of Galactic Battlegrounds lets you play the first campaign mission of the Galactic Empire and also has multiplayer enabled. You can play as either the Galactic Empire or the Rebel Alliance in multiplayer mode.

Version: Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds demo
Pros: GB is a small download and gives a wide variety of races ranging from the Trade Federation to the Gungans. At 70Mbs, this download will not strain your quota.
Cons: This game is not the best to come out of LucasArts. Based on the old Age of Empires 1 engine, GB races have the same troops (except for one special unit), and relatively poor graphics.

"More or less a good mod for AoE"
Pros: I could say it's a good game with ok graphics, good game play and good strategy, but I wont.
Cons: This is just AoE with 3 differences: the units look different, the buildings look different, and there are more ranged and flying units. Otherwise this is AoE. The engine from AoE isn't even tweaked, the gameplay is EXACTLY the same. This would be an excellent download if it were simply a mod file. Worth 40 bucks it ain't

so i bought the game i will have it in 1 week.

its worth it.
