From Star Sonata: Star Sonata provides a rich fabric in which the players create and define the universe. Be a cunning trader of goods exotic and mundane. A scurrilous pirate preying on the weak. A bounty hunter tracking down the galaxy's most wanted vermin. An explorer searching lost planets for forgotten civilizations. A builder and administrator of space stations, colonies, and possibly even a famed empire. Advance in a deep skill tree, using your increasing wealth and knowledge to obtain rare spaceships, devastating weapons, powerful shields, cloaking devices, drones, scanners, and rare artifacts the human race has never seen. Create your own team and raise it to dominance, eventually seizing control of the entire universe and being crowned emperor. Version 1.0.25 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

  Star Sonata

  Primitive & Boring

  Pros: It functions (at least for me) & you play on net. That's it. Not much is it.

  Cons: This is clearly a rehatched old freeware program of poor quality. It's a cheap and cheesy 2d space shootup and boring trading game. The primitive trading system appears to be only there to hide the fact that this is a really low quality freeware game from yesteryear.

  Now as far as addictive value, I can't see that either. Honestly, it's just boring. Now I've had nice little games who's addictive value has been so massive I've had to delete them because they were interferring with what I should have been doing. That was not a problem in this case.

  Would have given no stars if possible.

  Pros: Fun game, good player community, some jerks but every game has them. Graphics are nice, 2-D Topdown style. If you have a terrible experience playing it, it's because the server is messed up, just try again later. This isn't a corporation game, its a few guys in college.

  Cons: Admins aren't the best, but they almost do the best they can. Not a great server.

  Interesing graphics however it crashes too much

  Pros: The graphics look nice and it looks like it could be a fun game.

  Cons: The game crashed on me everytime I played it. I couldn't go 4 minutes without a crash.

  Star Sonata

  Great mmorpg space shooter

  Pros: The gameplay is great aslong as you love Sci-Fi space shooters.

  In the game you must pilot a ship and fight space creatures, other space ships and even other players. It also includes the ability to trade for profit among space stations, go mining asteroids, build your own space stations; control your own AI "slave ships" that can basicly do anything you can do as long as it doesn't require too much intelligence; join a guild with other players, buy new ships, equip augmentors and other ship upgrades and even set bounties on your enemies giving you the ability to become a bounty hunter, or just to be a pirate who kills all ships in sight for profit.

  Cons: In the free version, you are limited to achieving up to level 20 witch is just enough time to figure out if you'd enjoy playing this game for a long period of time.

  BEWARE!i could not play.

  Pros: None,no stars.

  Cons: i could not play this game as it kept re-installing the patches each time and restarts the program afterwards,repeating the proccess on TWO computers!
