SplitIt is a file utility that will let you break up any type of file into fragments small enough fit on floppy disks. This gives you the ability to transfer large files or applications between two or more Macs. Version 2.0 adds PowerPC-native code and other minor improvements.

"Better and easier to use than backup/restore in windows"

"SplitIt"

Summary: I have used SplitIt for as long as it has been available. I have had no problems with it at all; it does exactly what I want it to, quickly. I have tried other programs but always come back to this one.

Summary: I work with files with in files and they all have to be handled idvidually with Splitit which is very time comsuming and if something gets misplaced, the operation either delayed or damaged. I need something to fragment onto floppies. If I am misu... read more >>
