"Terrible, unable to load software."

Cons: Could not use this software, it asks for active sync software for installation. If the trial software does not include the software to install it what good is it. It's sort of like putting a carrot in front of a horse so he will try to get it and obviously never will. Thanks for the tease.

Cons: Doesn't work! Requires me to download Active X Software, says 'cannot download since active X is not installed'!
