From Last Day of Work:The object of this tycoon game is to discover the Seven Magic Fish of Isola and restore the island to its former glory. You start with a small selection of fish, some money, and a tank. You must breed them, care for them, help them grow, and cure them if they get sick. Along the way you can buy supplies, medicine, research technologies or invest in advertisement to enable you to discover rarer and rarer species until you find the Magic Fish. All of this will be financed by selling exotic hybrids in your shop. The game runs in true real time, so that if your device is turned off or you exit the game, hours later small fish will have grown larger and new surprises await you.
In version 1.1, using infrared beaming you can trade fish with your family and friends.

With colorful graphics and a quirky plot, Fish Tycoon is a step ahead of most ordinary simulation games. Designed for the Palm OS, it puts players in the role of fish breeders, starting with an aquarium populated with a few ordinary fish. These must be fed and cared for; when they're grown, they can be sold for better tanks, research technologies, or advertisements for rarer species. The ultimate goal is to crossbreed your fish, in hopes of creating the seven magic varieties that will help you win the game. The action takes place in real time, so the fish will grow and age even while the handheld is turned off, and the game stopped. The game itself functions smoothly, taking little system memory, and has a fully automatic installation process. Fish can be traded with other players by using the device's infrared connection. Trial limitations simply bar players from purchasing advanced inventory items. With its quirky, well-designed play, we can happily recommend Fish Tycoon to any handheld gamer looking for an engaging diversion.
