"User friendly but lack in something important"
Pros: So far as experienced with this software, it's user-friendly, easy to use.
Cons: The main thing I need is to be able to set tax value to each product when preparing an invoice but this program doesn't have this function except it only let's you enter a total value of tax at the end, which is annoying.

"Very easy to use!!! Straight forward program."
Pros: I like that I can just enter Items. I don't have to add customers to the DB first. Same for the product. After receiving payment from the customer you just bank it, then thats it. You can see outstanding invoices with ease.
Cons: There isn't a way to speak with the company. I bought the program and still have not heard from them regarding the registration. So until then I cannot print. That sucks!!!
