  Pros: I changed from PCTools to Security Shield after a week of research. This is the most user friendly software there is. Turn it on and let it go. I have it on my desktop and my laptop.No problems at all,unlike pctools. Great firewall,great spyware and antivirus .I have recomended it to friends and family and downloaded it for others to their pc's and they love how easy it is to use.

  Cons: I see no use for a spam blocker,I don't feel they work.Maybe remove this and add something else.
