One-click Web, eBay, Amazon, and stock-quote searches also are included. Additional features include one-click access to the local Web site directory, which includes links to local schools, governments, hospitals, restaurants, retailers, and service providers. Select from more than 200 U.S. or Canadian cities. The use of the toolbar is free of banner and pop-up advertisements. Sample toolbars include Search New York Toolbar, Search Los Angeles Toolbar, Search Chicago Toolbar, Search Dallas Toolbar, Search Atlanta Toolbar, and Search Boston Toolbar. This browser toolbar also integrates a pop-up blocker, and this version features minor improvements and bug fixes.

An interesting take on the browser-based search companion, Search Local Toolbar delivers results based on the city you enter on installation. A pop-up blocker is included here, but many may not realize that they must press the Pops button to initiate it. This little extra has no options to configure, but it did a good job of blocking unwanted windows in our tests. Overall, the toolbar doesn't hinder Web surfing. Features such as weather, travel, and classifieds are targeted to U.S. and Canadian inhabitants only. We'd recommend this program to anyone with a consistent need for geographically specific searches.

--DANGER-- this is a scam

Pros: none.. these people and the people that businesses use such gorilla spam and lie should be flogged

Cons: cons.. its nothing but a con there is no toolbar just bull survey sign you up crapola
