Version: SaverNow 2.4
Pros: The program does everything it says it will do. Screensavers can be randomly selected whenever your screensaver begins, so if you have a lot of screensavers this is an easy way to manage them. The taskbar icon is useful, because you can turn your screensaver on with a single click. This can also be done with a keyboard "hotkey" that you create (I use Ctrl + F12). These functions are especially usefull for password-protected screensavers. There is also a timeout function that allows you to temporarily disable your screensaver for a set amount of time (helpful for internet videos).
Cons: The program's settings can only be changed from the taskbar icon, and the taskbar icon occasionally vanishes. Neither the desktop shortcut nor the start menu button activates or configures SaverNow. The hotkey will still work, but if you are trying to change settings for SaverNow, you have to manually re-install the program. However, re-installing SaverNow takes less than a minute, and it's free, so I would still definetly recommend it.

Summary: I've a few hundred screensavers, and this app is the best so far that I've used to manage all of them. I've tried a few, and the interface for this app is the best so far. I am happy, thanks!

Summary: I now know why people rated it at 100% ((( IT IS A 100% program ))) AND because it is free it should at 500% but that is not allowed! This is one of the FEW programs I think the developer did himself a disfavor by not charging something for it !... read more >>
