It is a live-help software and Web site statistics analysis tool combined into one Java/PHP sales tracking solution that adds to your Web site such features as real-time visitor tracking (IP addresses, marketing campaigns, personal profile and history of visits and actions), live help via text chat with customers, extensive sales and marketing customizable reports, out-of-the-box integration with X-Cart and LiteCommerce shopping cart software. Also it includes build-in integration with phpNuke, Mambo, Drupal, Joomla, ZenCart, CRELoaded osCommerce as well as a PHP API for integration with other web sites. Sales-n-Stats Free Edition is a fully-featured package, including all the features of the commercial version except voice chat. The number of live chat sessions permitted per day and the amount of daily Web traffic that can be analyzed with the free version are enough for small and startup e-commerce Web sites. Version 2.1 build 615 includes unspecified updates.
