From SafestMail Brasil:Permission based and Bayesian anti-spam for Outlook/Outlook Express with authorization request. Once answered, a pop up window will appear on the user's screen requesting his approval for that specific sender or message. It provides 9 filtering levels - SPF, sender's e-mail address, domain, subject, body content, header content, file attachment type, sender's country and Bayesian method. Full English user's manual.

Pros: I have tried several other email verification Programs but none even came close to SafO.
Installation is completely automatic including the connection to your email and filling in your white list. Best of all, it works perfectly with no fuss.
Cons: No cons at all.
