"Up one star from previous version"
Pros: From the previous version, I complaint abt it lacking a 'Pause' button as scanning took painfully long and lag thus preventing me from continouing whatever I'm doing. Now, I'm extremely please they have added it. Maybe this shows of how the company valued feedback am I'm pleased with this. As for detection wise, It is effective. Another valued asernal to protect my laptop.

Pros: Quite a bit faster than the last version, more configurations and gives details of all definition updates in a pop-up link before you install. Low ram usage during full, quick & custom scan. All in all, a good upgrade!
Cons: Deep scan still slow, about the length of a movie. Scan was done before "the Hills have Eyes" was, so it wasn't a total con

"Actually got rid of worst spyware, and free as well"
Pros: I tried this because Ad Aware and Spybot (both of which I have used for years) could not get rid of one very pesky piece of adware that was driving me crazy; I was on the verge of reformmating my laptop drive just to get rid of it when I decided to try SUPERAnti-Spyware... because it was new and free. It worked perfectly, and now I am a great fan!
In my experience, it's important to have a couple of anti-spyware and anti-adware programs, so that they can complement each other. This is a great new addition!

Pros: The interface was easy to work with.
Cons: Didnt find anything. When I became curious why I couldnt find any spyware, I downloaded Ad-Aware se Personal. I found about 10 things of spyware that SuperAntiSpyware Free Edition couldnt find.
The bottom line: This program doesnt find anything.
