Publisher's description of STAT ICD-9 Coder

From Austin Physician Productivity: STAT ICD-9 Coder is a comprehensive set of specialty-specific databases which, together, contain the entire list of over 15,000 ICD-9 medical diagnosis codes. The databases are in TealInfo outline format. You must download the TealInfo program to view them. The databases list three-digit ICD-9 codes, which can then be opened up in outline format to view more detailed four- and five-digit diagnosis codes. Installing all 25 databases will use up over 500K of memory; however, the user can select only the disease categories he or she needs.

Note: In the unregistered version, the fourth digit of ICD-9 Code is masked.
