From Speed Guide:The SG TCP Optimizer provides an intuitive interface for tuning and optimizing your Internet connection. The tool helps easily find the best MTU and RWIN values, test latency, and tweak all the significant broadband related registry parameters. The Optimizer supports tuning any Internet connection type, from Dialup, Cable, Satellite, and DSL to commercial leased lines. It creates automatic backup of all parameters, for easy reversal of the changes as well.
Version 2.0.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Pros: This program is easy to use and it's performance after using are facinating, i have a 2mbit/s connection, i tested my speed like 5 times at speedtest.nl and it was first 1600-1750 kb/s and after I started the program and used it optimalisation it was 1900-2100 kb/s

Pros: Recently added broadband to my old
windows 98 computer via broadband
router. Web pages loaded up slow like
dial up. Ran this program and and instant
success, fast loading web pages and downloads. Easy to use.

"Disabled My DSL Connection!!!"
Pros: Small program, thats about it!
Cons: Program disabled my DSL, had to re-install software from my ISP to get connection back. I dont recommend it for use with WinXP on a DSL connection. Backups didnt work either. Sent it to the garbage can!
