Publisher's description of SC-DiskInfo
From Soft-Central:SC-DiskInfo quickly shows how much disk space is used by different directories. It displays number of subdirectories, file count and overall size, as well as a nice graphical bar chart to quickly spot the largest folders. At installation, you have the option to integrate SC-DiskInfo with Windows Explorer. If you keep wondering where your disk space has gone or want to optimize your system, get this software.
Version 1.07 fixed a problem with the free disk space indication, compiled the software with a better compiler making it a bit faster and made some changes to the toolbar layout.

Version: SC-DiskInfo 1.07
Pros: This program is a godsend...it does one thing very well: it tells you where your space is going. Not only that, but the secondary use - actually the use I got it for - is to find where any empty folders are in Program Files and Windows directories and clean them up. Wonderful.
Cons: Nothing thus far.

"Free? No way! This is great!!!"
Summary: It's such a recent release, and compared to the $15 and $19.95 programs out there that do the same, this is a great deal. I have used it to eliminate several Gb of unnecessary space, and it's been SO helpful in tracking down where some of those bul... read more >>

"Nicely Done! I'm giving up Diskdata"
Pros: Since installing SC Diskinfo and using it for only a few minutes, I've gone and uninstalled diskdata. This program does almost the same thing with much less overhead. Even the install is user friendly and lets you choose whether or not to integrate it into the explorer menu and more.
This is exactly what I was looking for, a way to see an entire directory size totalled up.
Cons: There are still a few quarks - although very minor and I overlook them since it's free. When calculating the overall disc % free - that's a wrong number sometimes. Also, I rearranged the columns (nice feature) once and the headings got all mixed up all said "size" instead of what they really were. This confused me, but a restart of the app fixed it and alls well now.

Version: SC-DiskInfo 1.07
Pros: 1st use I had 3.2 gigs left on my hard drive. I found 22 gigs of useless, or duplicate files that I had thought I had deleted. The best
Cons: none
