From Cyber Solutions of Montana:RoofingMan Lite figures total roof area and materials needed for lineal items such as cap, starter, or waste. Estimate line items are selected from a cost database populated with more than enough items to get you going on most any roof job you would encounter. You can also adjust and manage profit, overhead, contingency, and management values on each estimate. System generates roof and estimate details, proposal, and contract from customizable templates to suit your company's needs. Other features allow you to adjust your estimate labor values based on employee rate and overhead, auto backup, and integration with our contact management program LeadMan.
