Publisher's description of Ripple Screensaver
Ripple Screensaver is a high quality Windows screensaver. It does real-time image processing by using an amazing algorithm to make your screen look as if it is rippling. You can ripple not only your desktop, but also any picture you love. The application plays natural sounds, such as thunder, and it is almost as if you are in a forest. Version 3.2 features a new improved user interface and bug fixes.

Version: Ripple Screensaver 3.2
Pros: looks cool, nice effects
Cons: They don't mention until you have it downloaded that it'll cost $14.95 if you want to use it after 10 days. They should be upfront with this information.

Version: Ripple Screensaver 3.2
Pros: I just downloaded the trial version and I'm blown away. Realistic thunder, gorgeous visual effects. I'm almost ready to throw away my Paxil and just watch the screen saver to relax!
Cons: Beautiful that it is, the relaxing effect is disturbed by the way some of the thunder is cut off abruptly. If I could CHOOSE to listen only to storm sounds (which many people find relaxing) where the thunder gets the chance to rumble off in the distance and then hear the SOUND OF RAIN COMING DOWN with intermittant thunder, that would cinch it for me!
The ability to slow or hasten the visual effects would also be a plus.
