Version: Revo Uninstaller 1.71
Pros: I've been using this program for quite some time & it's never done me wrong. It can get rid of the hardest to uninstall programs even when a removal tool won't. Like Norton & McAfee. To me, this is is best in class & to think it's free makes it a must download for everyone.
Cons: No cons.

Version: Revo Uninstaller 1.71
Pros: Removes all the traces of software that you want to uninstall.
Revo Uninstaller makes a restore point before the uninstall procedure is started. Then the built-in uninstaller of the software is automatically started.
Once the built-in uninstaller ( of the software you want to remove ) is done, Revo Uninstaller scans your computer to see if there are registry entries and files that are left by the uninstaller. If so, you are able to delete them.
The AutoUpdate feature is also handy, you click the icon and it tells you if a newer version is available.
Cons: None

Version: Revo Uninstaller 1.71
"A program that does the job."
Pros: A comprehensive uninstaller, and that's what I like about Revo. What Revo does best is removing the traces of the software after it is uninstalled and removing hard-to-remove programs like Norton.
Cons: Scanning in Advanced Mode is a bit slow, but it's not too bad.

Version: Revo Uninstaller 1.71
"I've always loved Revo Uninstaller"
Pros: Version 1.71 is pretty much the same as version 1.60, it looks exactly the same. The only thing that has changed is the new version (1.71) fixes a bug in Browsers Cleaner Tool. I enjoy Revo because it has the ability to eliminate the normal program uninstall programs. It does use the normal uninstall program, but if that program is corrupted, or the programs install.log file is missing/corrupted, it is able to uninstall that program no matter what the Windows Add/Remove says. (I've had several programs that incorrectly logged or did not even log the installation of a program, and Windows Add/Remove states that the program cannot be uninstalled.)
I highly recommend Revo Uninstaller 1.71 for anyone who uses a PC.
