It offers a more user-friendly way to remove unneeded applications and to improve your computer efficiency. Version 2.5 adds feature of hiding windows updates and more language support.

Anyone who has spent much time downloading software knows that removing unwanted programs can leave a hard disk cluttered with leftovers. This utility claims to clean out all the junk files that are left behind by incomplete uninstallers, but we saw little that would distinguish this from other similar tools.

The program can back up and restore information about the uninstall entries listed in the Windows Add or Remove Programs tool. But it provides no tools to independently track which files and Registry keys are changed or added during software installation, one of the most powerful techniques used by rival programs.

Absolute Uninstaller does provide additional components for cleaning the Registry of invalid entries, deleting junk files, and controlling Windows start-up. While none of these elements may be revolutionary, they are useful tools, and could be of value to casual computer users seeking greater control of their machines.

  Pros: Now I can get the interface in Dutch. It's a good improvement.

  All the features of the old version are still working well.

  Cons: None that I can think off.

  Why not use all in one Ccleaner instead?

  Pros: Sure this does what it says it will do but there's no bonuses that make it any more special than the other installers. Please read the why for a great tip

  Cons: It's NOT an ALL-IN-ONE. Use Ccleaner (formerly crap cleaner) ...type it into the search bar on download.com It will uninstall any program,clean your registry,clean all the muck your computer accumulates...be careful to check what you do and don't want removed/.Oh and you can edit YOUR START UP PROGRAMS...this equals a QUICKER BOOT.
