Revo Uninstaller is a freeware innovative uninstall utility much faster than Windows Add/Remove applet. With its advanced and fast algorithm to scan before and after uninstall of an application you can remove unnecessary files, folders and registry keys left over in your computer. Even if you have a broken installation Revo Uninstaller scans for application's data on your hard disk drives, Windows registry and shows all found files, folders and registry items so you can delete them. With its unique "Hunter mode" it offers you some simple, easy-to-use but effective and powerful approaches to manage (uninstall, stop, delete, disable from auto starting) and to get information about your installed and/or running applications. Many additional tools are included in Revo Uninstaller: Auto Start Manager, Windows tools manager, Junk Files Cleaner, Browsers history cleaner, Office history cleaner, Windows history cleaner, Unrecoverable delete and Evidence remover.
Version 1.3 adds search in Uninstaller, deep scan when uninstallation is broken.

- "Uninstall like a pro"
Where the built-in and sluggish Windows Add or Remove Programs option fails, freeware Revo picks up the slack. It builds out a useful feature set on top of a fairly light, 1.5MB installation. Launching Revo fires up the Uninstaller screen, which shows icons and titles of all programs installed on your machine. You can change the View to List or Details, if you'd like more information. Right-clicking gives users a list of choices, from the fundamental like Uninstall and Remove from list, to Search Google, Show the installation directory, and quick access to the app's Help file, its About screen, and an Update link.
Revo also provides some powerful tools. Advanced mode adds program-specific Registry key access to the context menu. The Tools Optimizer holds the Autorun Manager, Windows Tools access screen, and a Junk File finder/killer. The Autorun Manager provides one-stop shopping for startup tweaking. Windows Tools pulls together various and disparate basic utilities under one umbrella, and the Junk killer is just killer.
The Tools Tracks Cleaner accesses cache-cleaning features, include standard browser cache functions as well as crash memory dump files, MS Office cleaners, system-wide and program-specific search histories, and more. Another cool function is the Hunter, which offers click-and-drag uninstall and process-killing functionality. Revo and the way that it will revolutionize your uninstall workflow is hard to pass up.

"Best free program uninstaller I have ever found"
Pros: Not as fast as Your Uninstaller or Magic Utilities, but it uninstalls all remains of left over files just like they do, and both of them are not free. Works with ALL versions of Windows, including Vista. Try it, you'll be happy.

"A litlle tough getting' around in......"
Pros: - Effective cleaning up software installations
- Actually better than some paid versions
- Deletes all "the litlle files" that normally would fill up your pc afterwards.
Cons: - VERY slow installation
- It's a little slow in everything it does, but who cares... It's nearly the best uninstallation software...

Pros: The revo uninstaller has a good interface, with nice big icons of installed programs.
I have used this uninstaller for a while, and it does completely uninstall programs, this one is as good as uninstallers that you have to pay for.
It is not fast loading installed programs, but it will load faster. By clicking on options then click uninstaller, and check enable fast loading mode.
Cons: The only thing I dont like is the hunter mode, for me it is unnecessary.

"Effective uninstaller with additional features"
Pros: I have only used this a few times and it works extremely well. A great replacement for windows add remove programs and after the uninstall it searches for any left over tracks of the program.
A few additional features thrown in for good measure: delete files securely and permanently, clean your tracks for both windows and your browsers.
Cons: I haven't used it often enough to find any cons yet.
