Provides 40+ graphics formats and saving into 7 most popular formats. Saving into true color, 256 colors or gray scale. You can drag any pictures in Windows explorer and drop them the main window. Automatically save latest settings on exit. Version 3.1.1 improved some functions in resizing and fixed a bug in window status.
