This might be nice...
Pros: I haven't yet evaluated this tool, but I've been interested in obtaining a tool like this one for a while now. It sounds like a great tool for self-assessment. You can't beat the price on it, too.
Cons: I have a lot of concerns regarding security. If RescueTime is collecting data on my computer usage, then how do I know that they are not also recording keystrokes, gathering the contents of incoming packets, etc? Who, besides me, has access to my data? I'd install this in a second, if I had some valid assurances that the data collected would in no way be used against me by RescueTime or some other third-party entity.

Great monitoring tool!
Pros: I was able to quickly determine how much time I spend on personal matters, and how much time is spent actually working. A great production-enhancing tool if used effectively!

Facinating
Pros: The product has given me some good insight on how I spend my time. It has also helped me to prove to my wife that I do not spend an excessive amount of time surfing.
Cons: As a pastor, I have various functions. On day I am looking on a site for a sermon idea and the next for a teaching session. It appears that once I tag a site it stays tag. I cannot tag a site as sermon prep on one day and leadership development on another. It is time consuming to tag all the sites but that is a necessary evil
