Registry Jumper is a small and simple utility that enables you to quickly jump to a specific registry path, without having to navigate there with RegEdit. It also supports command-line launching and can handle custom protocol calls (regjump://) to launch RegEdit from URLs. Additionally, Registry Jumper allows to add the most frequently used registry locations to Favorites, organize them, and export to HTML format.

This application simplifies the quick navigation of your registry, but it lacks a handy search feature. The minimal interface features a single pull-down box and a text box. Choose a registry section to immediately leap to that section in RegEdit. Registry Jumper lists only the seven primary registry sections. To jump to subsections or particular keys, you must type the path or chose a "favorite" saved jump. You can easily add common jumps to preassigned or user-defined folders and organize them. Your favorites can be exported in HTML for simple backup. We would like to see a quick keyword search in Registry Jumper and in the favorites folders, but overall, this freeware will benefit all users who check or edit registry settings.

"Don't toy with your registry"

Pros: Great for IT professionals for everyone else an accident waiting to happen.

Cons: This software should "only" be used by knowledgeable, advanced computer users. Mistakes made in the registry may require a total Operating System reboot. This is not software for newbies or the uninformed.

"Have To Have KeyWare. To tune your settings at all. Important easy to learn."

Pros: Being able to type a couple of keys and jump right to the issue concerned. It has given me confidence to explore and change setting in registry now even without it. Though i prefer it - it is so quick. Best product ever. It is THE KEYWARE to the Operating System without a doubt! Find the tweaks you like or want and key them in. Your system jumps to the command. Like a Supertuned Ferrai. Your off! The race is on. The monitor quivers & shakes with each entry key-stroke! See you at the finish line. Or not...

Cons: I have just found this problem with me my system. i tried to run it and it will not show itself. I uninstalled and found newest edition on web reinstalled it. It still will not show itself. I have XP home edition as my operating system any help would be helpfull -(ha) jimoer@gmail.com

"Must-have utility if you like to tweak the Windows registry"

Pros: Free, neat, useful. Recommend to all who understand what is the system registry.

Cons: If you are not computer savvy, this program is not for you.
