Publisher's description of Records Master

Records Master is a secure file manager that allows you to collect important records such as financial statements, investment records, bills, receipts or PDFs in a database and allow for: organization of files in hierarchical folders and by date, the ability to associate notes and custom attributes, reminders to download or scan in recurring records, a password manager, and automatic or manual backup of the database.

Version 6.6 features: each database can now have its own Import Folder.
