This high-quality game throws players into the construction of the early transcontinental railways, as the owner of a small railroad company. Careful strategies can bring success, wealth, and power, but only after you overcome the hazards of the frontier. We were impressed by this game's high-detail landscapes, moody retro music, and well-designed interface. Its slow pace might not attract gamers used to action, explosions, and bloody firefights, but for those interested in a detailed, high-quality historical simulation, Railroad Pioneer is on the right track.

"Just Another Train Game."

Pros: This game has limitless oportunity for expansion.

Cons: The game has graphics that need improving and a touch up in the programming here and there, especially at the end in a free play type mode that makes a 4.0Ghz feel like a commodore 64.

"Installation problem"

Cons: The installation had a bad installation file and i could not complete it.i would reccomend not downloading the file!

"Nice Game"

Pros: No problem in downloading or runnung the demo
Trading is fun after a while

Cons: I am guessing that the real game (not the demo) might be a bit boaring.

"good game"

Pros: it was a good game i had fun for around 2 hours, but the demo doesnt give you all that much. alot for a demo but i think i will stick with other games..

Cons: not many trains/building upgrades..
tutorial very confusing..
