From the developer: "While many pundits suggest most funds do not beat the benchmark because of 'costs' and 'loads', the reality is that at least 1,500 equity mutual funds consistently do it. The real problem is to find them in spite of data overload excesses. The RVA (Regen Velocity Algorithm) Fund Rating Method is a 'bottom-up' method developed as a result of a research study started 2/14/94. This demonstrator package is a spreadsheet providing the output of RVA based on sampling of mutual funds."
