From wheresmysocks.com: RGBHEX was designed for users who are still writing their HTML code by hand. You can choose your colors and get the hexadecimal value, which you can insert directly into the HTML code for your Web page. It can also convert between RGB and hexadecimal formats. Version 1.3 added the ability to make Web-safe colors and to stay continually above other windows. This latest version is a maintenance release.
