From Rebol Technologies: REBOL/Core is a network messaging language designed to offer a new method for exchange and interpretation of information on the Internet. The REBOL language provides a way for you to model the exchange and flow of information in today's distribution environments. REBOL is an Internet-native language. It directly handles primary Internet protocols such as email, Web, and FTP. You don't need any other bundled network or computer applications, although REBOL's open design means that they can all be accommodated. This new version includes new networking and parsing, enhanced help and documentation, and multiple fixes.Typical REBOL applications might include Web site building and maintenance, electronic commerce, file transfer, list management, newsgroup processing, email filtering and processing, and Web searches. The REBOL/Core language is platform- and operating system-independent. REBOL/Core is complete and ready to use, and it has no feature restrictions or time-outs.
