Process Lasso is a unique new technology intended to automatically adjust the allocation of CPU cycles so that system responsiveness is improved during high-loads. It does this by temporarily lowering the priorities of processes that are consuming too many CPU cycles, there-by giving other processes a chance to run if they are in need. No longer will a single process be bring your system to a stall.

Version 3.02 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

"Ouch"

Pros: the idea

Cons: It didn't control the one program I wanted it too (A&B) and it seemed to upset Explorer and the jury's still out but probably was responsible for a Blue Screen: PFN LIST CORRUPT. So uninstalled
