With Playwatch you always know what iTunes is currently playing. Playwatch sits right in the menu bar of your mac displaying information about title, artist and album. Information is provided as a ticker with smooth scrolling and transition effects. Playwatch is very unobtrusive! Just from the corner of the eye you instantly see what's playing. You dont need to click or activate something. Just look! Don't like the current song or just want to pause iTunes for a moment? Just use the remote control buttons right from the menu bar. With only one click you select the next or previous song or switch between play and pause. To see cover-art or lyrics just leave the mouse over the ticker for a while. And again: No clicking or activating.

Version 1.2 has iTunes remote control buttons directly in the menu bar.
