From Digitope:Digitope Pixelshop is a full-featured icon editor. Using Pixelshop, you can create icons for applications and folders. You can even create a Favicon for your Web page. Pixelshop supports all icons, including the new 48 X 48 and Alpha formats introduced by Windows XP, so you aren’t held back by technology. It also supports the popular 16-color, 256-color, and 24-bit true color icon format.
You can create icons from scratch with Pixelshop’s simple icon designer interface or import existing .BMP Bitmap, .JPG JPEG, .GIF or Adobe Photoshop images. You can also modify any existing icon. Pixelshop has useful image effects built-in, allowing you to add a 3D drop shadow effect, invert colors, resize, rotate, nudge, or smooth your icon with one click. You can even change you pictures into Windows XP folder icons automatically.
