Here's a professional photo-editing program that doesn't require an advanced degree to use. PictureMan includes standard paint tools, brushes and multilayer editing, with added features that allow you to correct for red-eye, fix negative scratches, or remove bits of dust. The interface is built with the image as the main focal point, with editing tools and buttons surrounding the image to the left and to the top. It's a good setup and facilitates editing, especially detailed work. You also can customize the toolbars, to add or remove features to best fit your needs. Overall, a stable, feature-rich program for amateur and professional photographers alike.

"Piece of garbage"

Pros: Desktop is organized well

Cons: Any image editing software worth its salt should make cropping a photo or image easy.
