Publisher's description of Personal Trainer
From kuhmet.de: Personal Trainer is designed to become your personal trainer - graphical software for keeping a detailed log of your workouts and for creating a personalized schedule. It can be used for cycling, running, inline skating, Nordic skiing, Nordic walking, or backcountry skiing. Of course, Personal Trainer also supports a lot of alternative (recreational) sports like scuba diving, climbing, swimming, tennis, or snowboarding. Personal Trainer is based on a four weeks calendar, and shows the planned and performed workouts as blocks using different colors for different intensities as well as symbols for sports. Analyze your training with the included graphical analysis functions, create summaries or search for records. You can also import files form Ciclosport (Ciclomaster Alti 414M or HAC4) or Polar S Series heart rate monitors like S710i.- See more CNET content tagged:

Editor's review of Personal Trainer
This little download is aimed at helping people keep track of their workouts, but unfortunately requires almost as much practice to master as an actual strenuous exercise.
It is laid out fairly clearly--as a calendar with empty pale-yellow spaces under each date. But the interface turns out to be very sensitive; scrolling through with a mouse wheel will change dates at once, making it difficult to return to the desired position, for example. The exercise schedule contained in the sample file looked simple enough, but we found that we had to resort to the manual repeatedly in order to create our own. However, the application does work smoothly, and doesn't slow down a PC at all. The trial version allows creation of just 15 records. Experienced users likely will appreciate the way it displays entries, but the difficulty of learning the program is likely to deter many people from using it regularly.
