From Chiartano: The Personal Editor 32 program is a powerful 32 bit ascii file editor with a console interface, very similar to the Dos IBM Personal Editor. This program maintain the same interface and the same profile file syntax of the old editor, use a complete 32 bit core and expand all functions available removing all DOS limitations. It is the best editor for the programmer environments and the data manipulation problem. Version 1.4.02 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, and bug fixes.
