Publisher's description of Personal Document Organizer
From Insoft Technologies:This organizer and document-management tool helps individual users in the home or office organize, manage, locate, and annotate documents, files, photographs, and e-mails on any media using an e-cab/e-folder paradigm with assigned keywords and descriptions. It also lets you manage notes, reminders, to-do lists, paper documents, and Internet resources. Its features include file versioning, restoring of any version, assigning descriptions to a version, Boolean searching for multiple criteria, and archiving or migrating files to ZIP files or CD-RW.
To manage online disk space, treat files on removable media as an integral part of a catalog, publish files for archives or distribution, reference an item from another folder, create logical work folders and lists, print various types of reports, and open files in their associated applications. Version 3.7.1277 features user interface enhancements and bug fixes.

This organizer and document manager offers some helpful features, though nothing really groundbreaking. In the program's main window, modeled after Windows Explorer, a left-hand tree lists various tasks and sections, with folders for family, home, cars, insurance, investments, reminders, and to-do tasks.
You can of course rename these folders as well as sort, merge, or search through entries, just as in any other database program. The utilitarian interface features buttons for migrating, archiving, restoring, publishing, and relocating files, though there's not much explanation of which action does what.
Therefore, we'd strongly suggest most users read the in-depth tutorial contained in the help files. While some folks may not want to bother overcoming the learning curve to use a basic organizer, patient users with a lot of files should consider it a functional option.

Version: Personal Document Organizer 3.7.1277
"Good software, very bad sales management. Maybe just"
Pros: The specifications of the software are corresponding to what you should receive. But I've asked for a licence number 2 days ago and nothing received. 60 euro for nothing! Enjoy.

Version: Personal Document Organizer 3.7.1277
"Best Document Organizer Ever!!!"
Pros: PDO does not actually save all the file to the database like other software does.
I love fact that It does only saves the link ot the file so that the program loads fast and take up less memory and HDD spaces.(I tried to use similer software, they take up to 50mb Hdd space and 35mb of memory space..)
Cons: When make a report, PDO does not support unicode so Unicode languages are not displayed right.
