The Weblike interface provides quick navigation to any of the 10 main sections: Contacts, Invitations, RSVPs, Attendees, Gifts, Checklist, Budget, Vendors, Events, and Timelines. Build your contact list by entering manually or importing from Microsoft Outlook or a comma delimited file; track invitations, RSVPs, meal selections and gifts; design a seating chart for your reception by dragging and dropping tables and guests; set your own pace using the task checklist; monitor your wedding budget expenses; plan detailed itineraries for events surrounding your wedding day; create a bridal shower invite list for your shower hostess; preview suggested invitation wording; save your wedding vows; create songlists; produce 100+ reports, readable and updateable by all word processors; and print labels for your stationery needs. After the wedding, export your up-to-date contact list into your favorite address book.
Version 9.5 adds feature in Attendees called 'Tentcards'. Tentcards produce wording to be used for reception placecards, indicating attendee names and table numbers.

You can easily adapt the program to your needs, such as tweaking the roles in the wedding party and tracking out-of-towner's flight information. You also can print more than 100 reports on every aspect of your wedding.
Your checklist lets you quickly see which items need attention, and your budget file continuously tracks what percentage of your money you've spent and how. You can import wedding invitees from your Outlook contacts or Excel CSV files. The included help documentation is comprehensive, and an extensive video tour on the Elm Software Web site walks you through almost every facet of the program. Pros: This program has everything you need to keep track of what you have done and what needs to be done. it is a great and cheap alternative to a Wedding Planner.If you do purcahse this product I highly recommend purchasin ELm Software's PRINT JOBS. It instantly brings up the IDo database and printing labels etc is a whizz. It merges extremely well with Microsoft Word. All in all a great product. The support is also great. I needed to clarify a re-installation because of computer issues and I received a reply and a solution within the hour.
