Everything about this password manager is well done, from the cleanly designed interface to the user-friendly guides that walk you through setting up and using the program.
Password Magic ensures your security by making the Master Password setup part of the initial installation process. It's all done through a wizard. You won't have to guess about what you need to enter and where it needs to go. In addition to basic personal information, such as name and e-mail address, you also can add your home and business addresses, driver's license number and social security number. Each section is arranged in neatly organized tabs that also hold bank and credit card account information. Password Magic adds a toolbar to IE that streamlines collecting Web login data and also provides a one-click log-in. It even includes a password generator to protect your online security. If you want to get picky, there is a typo in one of the toolbar tooltips, and "navigate" is missing the "g."
It's easy enough for the novice, but has enough features and flexibility to please the more advanced user. If you can stand the one missing letter, everything else in this outstanding toolbar is error-free.
