From Serial Port Tool:

PTZ Controller is an application to control Pan Tilt Zoom Camera. It performs the full function of traditional PTZ keyboard. It supports pelco D, pelco P, AD, Bosch and Sony protocols. PTZ camera can be controlled through RS232 port directly or through RS485/USB with a converter. It's very easy to use. It's also a good debug tool for PTZ camera's test and install.

Version 1.6 supports AD, Bosch, and Sony protocols.

Version: PTZ Controller 1.6

"Great controller for PTZ Camera"

Pros: I looked up software that just control PTZ Camera, and tried several of them. This one seems best! It supports all PTZ Cameras in our system and have all functions of a real PTZ keyboards. I can control the PTZ Camera from screen directly and it is far better that built-in PTZ function of video recording software.

"I like PTZ Controller."

Pros: This software has helped IMMENSELY and prevented us from having to purchase a $300 keyboard.
