Version: PHP Expert Editor 3.2.1

"Excellent!"

Pros: Saves hours of work. Debugging features are excellent. Cost is minimal. Debuggers costing three times as much can't compete.

Cons: None unless you are new to PHP.

Version: PHP Expert Editor 3.2.1

"Works for me"

Pros: All I had to do was download PHP, change a file path in Run->Options, and it works. Just need it for simple PHP programs.

Cons: Registration is not $35 US, it's 35 Euros, which, right now, is over $60 US.
