From Bitsum Technologies:

PEBundle combines an executable and the modules it depends on into a seamless binary that runs just as before. If the modules do not already exist on the client machine, they are extracted to disk or emulated in memory. Modules can even be downloaded at runtime from an Internet server. With PEBundle, DLL version problems are reduced, the application is better protected from reverse engineering, modules need not be distributed separately from the application, and the application will run instantly in nearly any environment without the headaches involved in placing runtime DLLs on the system. PEBundle can even be used to bundle a script with its interpreter so that it runs as if it were a compiled executable.

Version 3.0.17 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
