  Documentation is a little thin, but product works faultlessly once you understand how it works. I was delighted I received a helpful answer within 48hrs when a raised a tech query to support@pdfill.com . Well done :-)

  I use reorder pages, and reformat on a regular basis. I use Tibetan folio text, these are are 1/2 A4 in the horizontal (not A5). I need to reorder them and then reformat so that it becomes A4 ready for duplex printing. I can do it very easily with this tools.

  I've used this product for years. It's easy to use and has a clean and simple interface. Best of all it just works like it's supposed to work.

  Inconvenient shortcuts to all the functions. you got to reach for mouse or press long sequences.

  It's FREE! For personal AND commercial use! It allows so much manipulation of PDF files including splitting, merging, deleting and rotating individual pages. I use this every week at work, and it saves me so much time and money - for example if I wanted to only send a part of a PDF to someone, I used to have to print out the whole PDF and then scan back in what I wanted to send, with the ensuing loss of quality as well. But with this program, I can edit my PDF very quickly and for free. It is indispensable as far as I am concerned. I recommend it to everyone I know. And I am nothing to do with the publisher - I just LOVE this program!

  Cons

  Some of the instructions leave a little to be desired, but it is easy enough to work out how to get it to do what you want.

  Summary

  EVERYONE (in my opinion) should download this in case the publishers realise how useful it is and decide to start charging for it - it is that good that it would be worth paying for (and you have no idea how much it hurts me to say that - I am a right tight wad!)

  Pretty fast, accurate, great quality images when converting from pdf to jpg. I wish I wasn't so poor I'd love to donate and support this software I use it for work currently.

  Really? It's free! But if I have to say anything bad maybe just need a progress bar when convert from pdf to jpg. But again it's free and unless I'm a paying customer I don't feel I have the right to make any con's.

• Doesn't start on Windows 8

  I did not manage to test.

  Cons

  This tries to install .Net 3.5. My computer has already version 4.0, so that fails. And because it fails, the software assumes that installation has failed and refuses to start.

  Old software, which is not currently up to date with latest environments.
