This single-function application boosts your system speed significantly, although it's unclear exactly what modifications it performs on computers. PCSpeeder comes as a zip file and requires no installation. Upon running the program, it launches a command window that quickly closes after it's done. Our tests showed a considerable change in system speed when running programs with large file sizes and while surfing the Internet. Unfortunately, it's unclear what modifications were made to the system to boosts its performance, since the program only ran for a few seconds in a command window. Nonetheless, users looking for an efficient tool to speed up their systems will surely find this freeware reliable.

  Pros: After it opens/ closes there is a faster operation with my P.C.

  Cons: none so far.

  Pros: A dos pgm that doesn't install, just lke the description states (you can run it from where-ever you un-zip it to). Small and quick. Been using it for about 2 hours now and no adverse effects.

  Cons: I honestly don't know what to think about about the performance of this pgm. It's so fast you can't see what it does. My comp appears to be running faster, or maybe it's just my imagination?

  Pros: i have not got a clue what has done to my cpu, but its done the job, good and propper,

  Cons: dont like the way i dont know what its done.........................

  Pros: It made my computer a lot faster! It's quick and easy!

  Cons: It doesn't tell you what it does to make your computer faster...

  I did manage to get a PrtSc of the command prompt that came up using pcspeeder, but since cnet wont let me post a link, I'll have to post it like this:
