From Passware:

Outlook Key helps you gain access to password-protected personal storage (PST) files used by MS Outlook and Exchange. The program features instant password recovery, full install and uninstall support, and support for multilingual passwords. It can be used with all versions of MS Outlook, including the most recent (Outlook 2003), and recovers form-design passwords. The software is easy to use: just drag and drop files to the program window.

Version 6.1 features unspecified improvements and bug fixes.

Solving a real problem with panache, Outlook Key has only one real shortcoming: the limited usefulness of the trial version. The interface is drop-dead simple and our passwords were recovered so quickly we had to question the basic security of our mail accounts. Passwords to PST files also are available here. Unfortunately, the trial version only displays the first two letters of the password. We'd recommend the full version of Outlook Key to system administrators.

  Cons: I tried the demo on a simple password-protected Outlook account and it did not work. Also it couldn't even find my default Outlook file!
