In order to run Pocket Dictionary on older devices you will probably need to install first .NET Compact Framework Redistributable. Pocket Dictionary it contains 20 dictionaries with more than 2.5Mil words. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.

  Pocket Dictionary

  ev2 file extension makes it hard/impossible to install on phone unless i'm doing something wrong....???
