Now I am able to let the kids go online

Pros: There is almost nothing to do. I tried it for free for a while and saw that it really works. I bought it online and have not needed to do anything since. My kids are young and it is important to me that I don't have to sit next to them when they are on the PC to make sure some ***** site does not pop up in their face. And truth be told, I am glad to have it for my husband as well - -just in case he is ever tempted by all the xxx-rated websites out there!

Cons: It took me a day before I realized the trial was over and I needed to buy it. There was a message reminding me though when I started the computer.

Great, But a Subscription?

Pros: This software filters out everything you could possibly want and has lists of sites for different categories, i.e. dating, gambling, porn, *****ity. It is very effective, and is difficult for a child to get around, if not impossible.

Cons: I'm not fond of the idea of buying software more than once. Subscriptions don't work well with software. An internet connection, sure, but software, no way!

Best Filter I tested

Pros: 1. I tested 5 filters and find this one to be best.

2. Of 100 sites that should have been blocked, it blocked all.

3. Of 50 sites that should not have been blocked, it blocked 2. i submitted them automatically and they were available within 20 minutes - I did not see any other product with this filter.

4. When the trial ran out, I was warned by a message that my PC was not filtered anymore. I liked the option to keep surfing without the filter - or purchase. So I had more time to decide about teh purchase without having to uninstall and reinstall later . . .

5. My kids complain - that's a good sign - it is working!!

6. Tech support responded to my questions within 1 day - the big companies take forever.

Cons: The tech support response was hard for me to understand - but they explained after I asked again.

That is most excellent, very reliable. My children can now surf the net.

Pros: It is user-friendly. easy to add or remove sites from the filter. works with any browser

Rubbish

Cons: After installing 9.6 my P4 laptop was a mess.

- starting up it takes ages

- task bar is missing icons

- internet access is blocked

- the PC runs like a dog, soooo slow

- trying to shut down or log off again it is incredibly slow and hangs just saving settings

- I cannot find any menus for this app

- I cannot find it in Program Files so it must be elsewhere, but where

- I cannot find options to uninstall !!

This is joke. I still cannot get my Laptop running !!!
