Publisher's description of Operation SpaceHog
From Free Lunch Design:Spacehog is a horizontal-scrolling shoot-'em-up game for one or two players. If you ever played Gradius on Nintendo or Project X on the Amiga, you'll know what it's about. The player gets to control a small ship in a battle against horrible odds. Luckily, the player can pick up power-ups along the way and upgrade the ship. The nature of the power-ups vary from increasing ship maneuverability to adding high-tech weapons and shields.
