"Its fairly apparent most people dont understand what this is supposed to be ...."

Summary: It's not. I repeat NOT a graphics program. They're a set of components/extensions for develeopers. There shouldnt(necessarily) be .exe's (although in this case it appears there are) included. You should look at what section you're in before you star... read more >>

Summary: I had hBitmap and need to save it. This Dll help me to save my image to many various formats.
There is vast help and varios examples with source code.
