Official Hamster Republic RPG Construction Engine. Make your own retro-style 2D role playing games in a style similar to the NES, SNES, or GBA. Includes example game Vikings of Midgard. Source code for the game engine is available under the GPL.

Version 2008 includes customizable main menus, new enemy dissolving styles, improved tag browsing/naming interface, and customizable UI colors.
